Thank you so much to everyone who participated in the Paralegal Division survey. We have had an overwhelming number of responses, and we really appreciate the high participation level. A second survey will be announced soon, so stay tuned!

The survey should take about 5 to 10 minutes. Your responses to the survey are completely anonymous.

2019 IP Institute and Request for Program Planners

The annual IP Institute is the premier CPE program for Intellectual Property and Trademark paralegals and administrators of all experience levels. This day-long program offers 6 hours of CPE credit, including one hour of ethics. Our tentative date for the 2019 IP Institute this year is November 14 at the Bar Center in Cary.  We are in need of volunteers to help plan this program.

Planning for our live CPE programs begins six months out from the date and does require a small  commitment of your time (including recruiting speakers; deciding on content, keeping up with deadlines and speaker materials). Planners do have support from the CLE staff.  As a thank you for your time serving as a planner, registration for that CPE is complementary! Additionally, if you present a CPE topic, you can earn CPE credit hours! If you are interested in serving as a planner, please reach out to Division Chair, Leslie Pegram ([email protected]).
